The Fast Project approach is for users who do not want to be bothered with too much details; but are more looking for "back of the envelope" type of approach. Choose this if you are relatively new to Investment analysis, you will probably find 90 % of what you are looking for by using this approach.

For the sake of easiness the Fast Project has only one input screen, but still gives you access to all the reports and graphs.
